Yellow Summer Solstice Foods

I have been intrigued and studying the vibration of food since 1998 when I was diagnosed with “stress” for falling asleep while driving my children in our Jeep. In my healing journey, one of the books I discovered was Eat Right 4 Your Type*. In it I learned that because of my blood type, my body was negatively reacting to something I had eaten or better known as food coma. Luckily I cured myself by eating in accordance with my blood type and my children are now enjoying their 20’s.

The color associated with the Sun and Manipura (your third Chakra) is yellow. So in celebration of Summer Solstice, here are yellow foods that are highly beneficial for each blood type according to Eat Right 4 Your Type*. A side note here – if your allergic to a listed food, by all means abstain.
